Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 June 2026

Welcome to Tentra. These Terms of Use explain how you may use Tentra, an early-stage date planning product that helps users create, view and share date plans in Dublin.

By using Tentra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Tentra does

Tentra helps users create date plans based on preferences such as budget, date, time, vibe, comfort level, duration, payment expectation and location.

Tentra may suggest:

  • date ideas
  • venues or public places
  • estimated costs
  • itinerary steps
  • optional extras
  • booking, website or map links
  • shareable plan links and invite messages

Tentra is a planning tool. It does not guarantee that a date will happen, that another person will accept a plan, or that a venue will be available.

2. Early-stage product

Tentra is currently an early usable product. Some venue information, booking links, opening hours, prices, availability and images may still require verification.

We try to make the product useful and honest, but users should check important details directly with the venue or booking provider before relying on a plan.

3. Age requirement

Tentra is intended for users aged 18 or over.

You must not use Tentra to arrange dates involving minors.

4. User responsibility and safety

You are responsible for your own decisions, communication and safety when using Tentra.

Tentra encourages public, low-pressure and safety-conscious plans, especially for first dates. However, Tentra does not:

  • screen users
  • verify people you meet
  • provide emergency services
  • guarantee personal safety
  • supervise meetings
  • perform background checks

When meeting someone, use personal judgement, meet in public where appropriate, tell someone you trust, and leave if you feel uncomfortable.

5. Payment expectation feature

Tentra may allow users to select a payment expectation, such as "I'll likely pay", "Split 50/50", "I prefer to be treated", "Decide together" or "No preference".

This feature is only for communication and planning clarity. It is not a payment agreement, contract, invoice or guarantee that anyone will pay.

Tentra does not process real payments between users.

6. Booking, venue and third-party links

Tentra may show links to:

  • venue websites
  • booking platforms
  • Google Maps or location pages
  • event or ticket platforms
  • other third-party services

These third-party services are not controlled by Tentra. Their availability, prices, booking terms, refund rules, privacy practices and content are their own responsibility.

A "Book Venue" link does not mean that a booking is confirmed. A booking is only confirmed when the venue or booking provider confirms it.

7. No professional advice

Tentra provides planning suggestions only. It does not provide legal, financial, relationship, safety, medical or professional advice.

8. User content and shared plans

If Tentra allows you to create or share a plan, you are responsible for how you use that plan and who you share it with.

Do not use Tentra to create, share or promote:

  • harassment
  • abuse
  • threats
  • discriminatory content
  • illegal activity
  • unsafe meetings
  • sexual exploitation
  • content involving minors
  • misleading or fraudulent information

9. Accuracy of information

Tentra may display estimated prices, durations, venue details, opening hours, booking status, travel assumptions or location links.

This information may be incomplete, outdated or approximate. Always check important details before attending or booking.

10. Availability of the app

Tentra may change, pause, improve, remove or update features at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.

11. Intellectual property

Tentra's name, branding, interface, design, content structure and product concept belong to Tentra or its creator unless otherwise stated.

You may use the app for personal planning purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Tentra without permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tentra is not responsible for:

  • failed dates
  • rejected invitations
  • venue cancellations
  • incorrect venue information
  • third-party booking issues
  • personal disputes
  • injuries or losses arising from meetings
  • problems caused by third-party websites or services

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product develops. The updated version will be shown on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
